📦 Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order via your account on our website.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unworn, and undamaged items. All original packaging must be included. To start a return, contact us at ceo@ivorythread.uk.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your item and place a new order for the desired product.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments.

Q: Can I apply multiple discount codes?
A: Only one discount code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
