We want you to love every item from Ivory Thread — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

🕒 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

✅ Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • In original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable)

  • Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

💬 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at ceo@ivorythread.uk with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

  3. Once we receive your item and confirm its condition, we’ll process your refund.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.

💳 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process the return.
