📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track it through your Ivory Thread account if you created one at checkout.

📬 Wrong Address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us at ceo@ivorythread.uk as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
